A review: SMART Postpaid Retention via HOTLINE SUCKS BIG TIME to the LAST Drop

If you are planning to avail of SMART Postpaid Retention via Hotline, don't dare to dial that digits *887 if you don't want to have a miserable months or years. Here is my experience with their hotline.

February 13,2014: I requested to avai of retention via hotline and availed of Plan 349 with FREE Alcatel One Touch Inspire 2. I opted to change my Plan to All-In Plan 500 since my friend availed of it (We have the same Plan 349) and the customer service representative told me that I can avail of it without presenting any document, they call it Plan Upgrade.

I called their hotline again to follow up my concern regarding my Plan upgrade but the customer service I talked to now, a different one, told me that I CANNOT AVAIL of the said Plan upgrade without presenting proof of income since my past 6 months average usage did not reached 500. So I was a bit shocked why they have now different arguments.

Because of this, I opted to CANCEL all of my applications in their hotline.
And guess how many days I waited in order for it to fulfill.

I was first excited to upgrade my Plan to All-IN plan 500 but now, I wanted to terminate my SMART Subscription. But I cannot do it for now, because according to them, I still have to wait for the cancellation of my requests.

Upto this point of writing, my request for cancellation is not yet fully attained. I also forwarded this concern to NTC and here are my series of follow ups.

As of March 28, 2014, the officer that I talked to said they forwarded my concern to their supervisor.
I sent an email to NTC twice also.
